Yiguang Technology Company has obtained 296 models of LED power supplies certified by UL, 48 models of LED power supplies certified by CE, 96 models of LED power supplies certified by CQC, and over 200 models of LED power supplies currently undergoing certification.

Mr. Wu Guangguang, the General Manager of the company, convened the middle-level and above management personnel on August 1, 2011, mobilizing everyone to continue promoting SPC CPK、 Six Sigma management. The meeting emphasized that all departments should be down-to-earth, steady, and take one step at a time, resolutely promoting SPC CPK、 Six Sigma management aims to meet the needs of market customers and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.

In order to implement the spirit of the General Manager's meeting, the company selects elite personnel from various departments to organize SPC CPK、 Six Sigma management team. After half a month of rigorous training and theoretical and practical exams for the team, the vast majority of students achieved excellent results.

Under the leadership of Vice President Li Di, the team focuses on the process, speaks with objective data and facts, implements proactive management, and breaks through borderless cooperation. Through data analysis, carefully detect the root causes of various problems in the production process and seek improvement measures; Using SPC and CPK methods, following the PDCA principle, continuously improving. After more than two months of hard work, the company's performance has significantly improved.

At present, our company's quality level has increased from 5 ‰ (4 σ) to 1.5 ‰ (4.4 σ). Although we are still far from 5 σ and 6 σ, the company has confidence and determination, as long as we can achieve SPC CPK、 The Six Sigma spirit is consistently implemented in all departments of the company and its suppliers (including external processing plants). As long as we can continuously carry out this advanced concept and tool, and implement it step by step and in stages, we will get closer and closer to 5 σ and 6 σ.

The company's short-term goal is to strive to increase from 4.4 σ to 5 σ within 3-6 months, and meet customer needs with high-quality LED power products.
